When you hire The Talent to be your wedding band, we put on quite the performance! But the performing doesn’t stop there. Many couples have taken to turning parts of their wedding day into a show; from the proposal all the way to the first dance. Here is a collection of some of our favourites!

The Proposal

Isaac Lamb became every girl’s dream guy when he staged this incredible proposal for his girlfriend, Amy. Roping in pretty much everyone he could think of, he set up the first live lip dub proposal to the Bruno Mars song ‘Marry You’. Unsurprisingly, Amy said yes, and the video has now had over 28 million hits.

The Entrance

Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz were launched to fame when they filmed their wedding party walking down the aisle. Their bridesmaids and groomsmen danced down the aisle to the Chris Brown song ‘Forever’. The video has had over 88 million hits, and the couple have turned their unexpected fame to charity as they started to raise money for violence protection.

The Groomsmen

Sean Rajee surprised his bride Ariana with a nearly 6 minute long dance number performed by him and his groomsmen. Starting with Destiny’s Child’s ‘Bootylicious’ and ending with the wedding favourite ‘Marry You’, the performance made quite an impression on viewers as it has accumulated over 24 million hits since being posted in June 2014.

The First Dance

Norm and Renee Cauntay surprised their guests with their first dance, transitioning from the romantic Jack Johnson song ‘Better Together’ into the more upbeat Michael Jackson classic ‘The Way You Make Me Feel’. The impressive performance had all the guests on their feet as the newlyweds entertained their friends and family.

Here at The Talent, we would like to raise our glasses to the performing wedding parties mentioned above, and to all the rest that turn their own weddings into the event of the century! If you want someone to take over the entertainment for the rest of the evening, then we’ve got you covered, as we are one of the best (if not THE best) wedding bands in London!
